Project Overview
Located on the tranquil Bolgatty Island in Kochi, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty and the adjoining Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Center form one of South Asia’s largest and most luxurious event venues. Overlooking the serene backwaters of Kerala, the development combines a five-star waterfront resort with a world-class convention facility.
Owned and managed by Lulu Group International, and built by the EMKE Group, the convention center spans 18 acres (73,000 m²) with a total built-up area of 160,000 square feet (15,000 m²). It includes five flexible indoor venues and an open-air auditorium, capable of hosting up to 5,000 guests, along with dining capacity for 2,000 people and a parking facility for 1,800 vehicles, plus a helipad.
